Guidance notes for studio production one on one sessions.

Studio Production days are 11:00am-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

Final payment must be completed 7 days before a session. If final payment has not been received 7 days before the session then we will rearrange our schedule and the session will not take place. Although deposits are non refundable if we are given more than 7 days notice we will reschedule the day, if though we are given less than 7 days notice we can not guarantee our availability to reschedule. We do understand that an emergency/sickness can happen and we will always be as flexible as possible.

We will equally work hard to keep all appointments but sometimes we may have to reschedule due to situations beyond our control. If we have to cancel we will always inform you at least 48 hours before the session unless it’s an emergency.

With the new COVID variants we continue follow strict COVID guidelines.
We have hand sanitizer available which we request you use on a regular basis, when you enter the production room and before you start using any hardware. There is a separate bathroom that can be used by clients. In line with COVID guidelines we will allocate you a chair to use while you are in the studio.

Due to new regulations we are unable to provide refreshments but there are sandwich shops close to the studio. We do not allow drinks or food to be consumed or brought into the Production rooms. All food and drink must be consumed in the Transcept or off the premises.

Sessions must always finish on time. Rick has other work booked into the studio and if he runs over then he may be late for the next job in the studio.

We request that no photo’s are taken in the studio. If you wish to take a photo please speak to the producer running the session.

Please be aware that we are a working studio and there are cables and electrical equipment, therefore please use common sense and be careful when moving around the studio. Please speak with the engineer you working with before using any hardware as it might be set up for another job.
